What We Do

• We offer financing on qualified projects located in the continental United States.
• We provides financing ranging from $100,000 to $30,000,000.
• Up to 90% LTV's with conventional loans with full documentation.
• Up to 75% LTV's with 90% CLTV's with Seller 2nd financing with our alternative Stated Income, Stated Asset programs.

2) Send one page executive summary with funds utilization.      

3) Equity or cash is required in each transaction - See LTV's.    

4) Typical upfront transaction fees that will be required.             

    a. Review Fee: $500                                                          

    b. Commitment Fee: $1,500                                               

    c. Placement Fee: $2,000 to 1% of Loan Amount                 

    d. Phase I Environmental Fee: $1,500

    e. Appraisal Fee: $2,000 to $6,000
